Cake suitable for those allergic to milk and egg proteins

Here’s the recipe for a chocolate cake suitable for those with cow’s milk and egg protein allergies. This was a collaboration for Miquel Calent’s IB 3 program “FRED I CALENT.” I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness for the allergy community. Here are the INGREDIENTS: CAKE: (without milk and egg)

· 200 g flour

· 120 gr sugar

· 1 envelope of yeast

· 2 tablespoons pure cocoa

· 250 ml of almond milk

 

COVERAGE

· a dairy-free chocolate bar

· blackberries and raspberries
